The Firm was founded in 1921 by Armando Giambrocono and since then it has been providing services in the field of Patents, Trademarks, registered Design, Copyright, Intellectual and Industrial Property disputes, including in the Internet field.
With over sixty employees and/or collaborators, Giambrocono & C. S.p.A. believes it can fully meet the demands of its clients, whether they are large multinationals or small entrepreneurs. The Professionals of the Firm are duly registered with Ordine Nazionale dei Consulenti in Proprietà Industriale (Italian National Association of Industrial Property Consultants) and, depending on their specialization, they are qualified to represent the Clients before the European Patent Office and / or before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Giambrocono & C. S.p.A.’s primary objective is that of transforming the intangible values of an enterprise into Industrial Property Rights (trademarks, patents, registered designs, etc.) obtaining patent and trademark protection in the Countries which are most important to the client. In this way, “intangible values” can be solidified into true corporate assets having their own financial strength. The second objective is the conservation and protection of this asset so that it lasts over time.
However, the main objective remains the same over time: the desire to help the client by making use of the only and true instruments that are available to every Professional Firm, namely: experience, honesty, seriousness and the wealth of knowledge matured over the years that it has been dedicating to its work and profession with passion.
We have been handling matters involving Trademarks, Patents, Designs, Copyrights, reassignment of Domain Names, client-appointed expert witness opinions, economic evaluations of Trademarks and Patents, Due Diligence for over hundred years. We work with over 60 collaborators in four offices and consider ourselves one of the leading Italian consulting offices in the field of Industrial Property.
